  中新网拉萨4月26日电 (记者 赵朗)西藏全区大中小学校心理健康骨干教师业务能力提升培训班25日在拉萨开班,培训旨在搭建交流平台、实现资源共享,帮助心理健康骨干教师提高对学生心理问题的识别能力、干预能力和疏导能力。

  本次培训由西藏自治区教育厅主办、西藏大学承办,为期5天。

  开班仪式上,西藏大学党委副书记胡志国介绍,经过多年建设,西藏大学建立了一支由国家级人才带领的高水平心理学师资团队,充分发挥西藏大学心理学学科优势,为全区培养了众多心理健康教育人才。此次培训,西藏大学将全力做好本次培训的各项服务工作,为学员们提供专业授课。

  西藏自治区党委教育工委委员、自治区教育厅党组成员、自治区人民政府教育督导委员会常务副主任采守宽表示,此次培训既有理论学习,也有实践操作,更有前沿研究成果和丰富临床经验的分享。同时,西藏自治区教育厅体卫艺处还会在培训期间围绕西藏学生心理健康问题与大家进行座谈调研,以便制定出台相关政策,更好地推动西藏学生心理健康工作。

  据悉,此次培训邀请了西藏自治区心理学会理事长马海林、重庆医科大学附属第三医院临床心理科主任翟伟、中国心理学会注册心理咨询师许天怡、拉萨市人民医院临床心理科⼼理治疗师邵鹏飞等6位专家,针对中小学生常见心理问题分析、中小学生心理咨询访谈技术、心理绘画分析技术、认知行为治疗等进行授课。
